What The Tactic Is
The “scapegoat tactic” is the practice of attaching a loaded, contradictory label to a Man, and then using that label to shut down what they say without engaging with it. Once the label is applied, the Man is no longer treated as a researcher or a Soul asking legitimate questions; they are treated as the label, and the label is used to dismiss them.
Why The Term "Sovereign Citizen" Is An Oxymoron
“Sovereign” and “citizen” describe opposite relationships. A sovereign is a source of authority, not subject to another’s rule. A citizen is a member of a political community who owes allegiance to, and is subject to, its government. The two terms cannot describe the same standing at the same time, which is why the combined phrase makes no sense as a description of anyone. It functions as a label, not as a coherent status.
How The Label Gets Utilized
- To Dismiss Inquiry: applied to anyone who questions an official narrative or asserts a right, so the question itself can be ignored.
- To Associate By Label: used to group unrelated people together under one name, then judge them by the group rather than by their own words and actions.
- To Discourage Study: the fear of being labeled keeps people from exploring law, status, and rights openly.
The Extremism Association
U.S. law-enforcement and research organizations have, in reports on domestic threats, listed a “sovereign citizen extremist” movement and associated the phrase with certain unlawful conduct. That association is then extended, unfairly in this project’s view, to anyone who studies these subjects, regardless of whether they have done anything unlawful. The effect is to turn a term of research into a term of suspicion.
Where Spivey Stands
Spivey is a Sovereign Soul, a Man doing the inner work of authenticity, consciousness, and truth, not the label described above. This project exists to educate and empower, to make the law easier for ordinary people to find and innerstand. It is not a rejection of lawful society, and it rejects being grouped under a label that is used to scapegoat rather than to describe.
Not Anti-Government, Nor Anti-Police, BUT I AM Anti-Corruption
The scapegoat label often paints people who study these subjects as anti-government or anti-police. That is not the position here. To be clear:
- Spivey is never against lawful government or against laws that respect the unalienable rights of all men and women.
- Spivey is never against any police officer, sheriff, deputy, official, agent, or actor who operates lawfully.
- Spivey supports both of the above when they operate lawfully and within their lawful authority.
The concern raised on this page is with the misuse of a label to scapegoat people, not with lawful government or with the lawful officers who carry it out.
Do Not Interfere With Officers Performing Their Duties
Spivey discourages all Men and Women from intervening in, or disrupting, Officers, Agents, or Officials while they perform their duties, unless that Actor is clearly operating outside their Legal Authority.
In plain terms: do not interfere with a police officer who is conducting a traffic stop, responding to a call, or otherwise carrying out their duties. Let them work. Assert your Unalienable Rights calmly and Lawfully. Do not provoke, obstruct, or escalate. Knowing your rights never means interfering with someone else doing theirs.
